Beetroot juice recipe for Iron deficiency and to lower cholesterol






Ingredients
  • Beetroot- 1 
  • Carrots- 2-3
  • Apple- 1 
  • Ginger- ½ inch 
  • Black pepper powder- 1tsp
  • Salt- 1 pinch

Method
  • Make juice of  beetroot, carrots, ginger and apple together. 
  • Add water if needed
  • Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt on it
