Lettuce juice for weight loss



Ingredients: 

20 leaves of lettuce
1 apple or carrot
half  lemon


Method:

Make juice of lettuce and apple and than squeeze half lemon in it

Benefits:

This juice is excellent for weight loss , it  inhibit the fat growth and excellent for functions of intestine and also good for skin





Note: Take it daily or thrice a week once a day
