Diabetes Management: Researches show that usual intake of fenugreek seeds can remain blood sugar levels under check. This is especially advantageous to non-insulin reliant diabetics.

Lactation : Fenugreek is an herbal galactagogue (a substance that boosts milk production). For centuries in Asia, fenugreek seeds have been given to lactating mothers to enhance breast milk production.

Healthy heart: Regular use of fenugreek seeds helps lower bad cholesterol and triglycerides (fat found in the blood)., it helps lesser risk of cardiovascular problems.
