Diet can play an important role for the prevention of cancer and many other diseases , so selection of diet is very important part especially in old age.
- Eat one pieace of steamed fish daily .
- Take home made green lemon souce or chattni with every meal daily.
- Eat snacks such as nuts, seeds,popcorn without butter and fresh fruit.
- Drink juice especially fresh juice of pomegranate, carrots, berries and oranges
- Eat whole grain breads, pastas, brown rice instead of refined food.
- Include Fibers in diet , for fibers daily eat fruits and vegetables more than two time it will also helpful in constipation
- Dont forget water, it shoud be important part of your diet.
- To avoid anemia add fruits especially apples and pears in daily diet.
- Include detoxification diet .
What should not Eat
- Limit intake of sodium
- Avoid saturated fat animal fats and cholesterol
- limit intake of added sugar, particularly liquid sugar in the form of sweetened cold drinks and undiluted fruit juices
- limit intake of refined grains
- Avoid processed foodslike bread, donuts, white flour pastas and biscuits
- Avoid to take coffee, chocolateand black tea in large number.
- Avoid over eating in old age it can be a source of memory loss.
