How to Stop obesity ?


  • Use stairs instead of the elevator





  • Don't watch TV  more than two hours, constant





  • Avoid All "Diet" Foods, Especially Diet Sodas

  • All fats are not bad Increase Your Healthy Fat Consumption

Like:

Olive oil 

Palm oil


  • Eat PLENTY of  Vegetables, Raw as well as cooked .








  • Never skip breakfast, take it every day 


  • Do brisk walk and exercise for half an hour daily


  • Try to eat fiber diet most of the day 


  •  Avoid The Processed “White Foods” 

processed wheat products, 
white bread, non-whole grain pasta,
white rice, crackers, cereals, 
 non-whole wheat pizzas. 
These products are highly processed, high in sugar and carbohydrates and low in nutrients.




  • Eat beans,fish and chicken for protein instead of beef and mutton 


  • Joining a support group can provide the encouragement and reinforcement you need to succeed in changing your lifestyle behaviors.
