Cabbage and Cancer Prevention



 Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of cabbage provide anti-cancer health benefits. But glucosinolates are cabbage's best property with regard to anti-cance benefits. The glucosinolates present in cabbage are cancer preventive for a variety of different cancers, including bladder , breast , colon , and prostate cancer.




How to use:
  • Eat raw alone or in salad

  • Boiled is better than fried

  • Use as a juice, due to bitter taste add its some quantity while making apple or other fruit juices

  • Add in Soup
