Amazing benefits of Popcorn




We all know that popcorn is high in  fiber, B vitamins, manganese, magnesium, iron, zinc and phosphorous. Through new researches we come to know that popcorn’s also have antioxidant properties. 
Especially rich in polyphenols (antioxidants)  that is good in prevention to damage to human cells. Polyphenols are known as disease-fighters.
Plain Popcorn contains more polyphenols even more  than fruits and vegetables,so they provide protection against  heart disease, cancers, sugar and premature aging.
Another antioxidant of popcorn called as ferulic acid which provide protection against Alzheimer's (Brain disorder), heart problems, against cancer and diabetes.
Popcorn coated  with butter or oil is not good for health.

Popcorn is no more movies snack. This snack contains whole grain properties that enhances good cholesterol levels and improves blood flow to the brain. Popcorn is rich in vitamin B6, which improves proper communication between brain cells and is good diet for depressive and sad people
