Banana and Brain

According to a new study depressive people and people suffering from stress felt much improved after eating a banana. This is because bananas are full of tryptophan, a sort of protein that the body converts into serotonin, well-known to make you relax, get better your mood and  make you feel happier.

Study has exposed that the potassium-packed fruit can aid learning by making students more vigilant.

A banana is a much better bite for the brain than toffee, which may a source of an immediate boost in blood sugar levels
